A firm favourite with shoe reviewers everywhere, the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 2 is back, and the second version in White/Harbour Mist/Cayenne lowers the weight and improves the fit, for a true to size feel.

The Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 2 features the same technology in the midsole as the previous version, with a full-length carbon-infused wave plate providing an efficient gait with a pop of energy, and two layers of foam, with a top layer of MIZUNO ENERZY Lite + for enhanced softness, speed and weight reduction, and a lower layer of MIZUNO ENERZY Lite helping maintain the stability and speed through your transition.

However, they have updated the geometry of the midsole/outsole, with a rocker placed further forward, and that huge cut out of foam that shows the underside of the plate, now contained all the way around, giving an aggressively tuned ride that makes keeping your pace up for marathon length even easier.

A super grippy and lightweight G3 rubber outsole provides plenty of grip, while the Super lightweight engineered mesh upper uses internal reinforcements to give the perfect blend of breathability and support.
